The 38th annual Fancy Philantrophy ball contributes to saving polar bears

On the evening of the 20th of December, the 38th edition of the Fancy Philanthropy Ball will take place at the Grand Lux Plaza. The yearly tradition of filling the Plaza with golden flowers still stands, but the proceeds go to a new cause this year. This year’s charity is the Ice Life Foundation. The main goal for ILF is protecting the precious polar bears. Everyone is invited to experience a magical night at the annual ball and contribute to the charity.

A cause close to our hearts

Luxoria has struggled with poachers for decades now. Polar bears have been widely loved for their fur, but they have been sought after for their bones too. People from all over UBN know about a certain Eternity Elixir, made from polar bear bone, that can allegedly keep your skin young forever. However, the elixir remains a myth since it hasn’t been certified as legal nor seen in public.

Grand auctions at the Grand Lux Plaza

The ball is the highlight of winter. It is not only the biggest annual fundraiser in Luxoria, it is also the most lavish one. The attendees enjoy an evening full of entertainment, fine dining and luxury. The auction, which takes place every year, offers numerous artifacts, designer pieces and vintage jewelry. On top of those two categories this year’s auction includes treasures that were found in the Permafrost. This was announced this week by the Fancy Philanthropy Foundation and there have been speculations that this might raise more money than ever before.
